The Easley Apartments Update:

The crane will be 190 feet / 58 metres tall. The parking deck they are currently constructing should reach 55 feet / 16.75 metres tall. Tindall Corporation is the sub for the parking deck.

Drove by the site yesterday, already had begun working on the parking deck. I think they had a crane too, they're working fast on this project and I feel like this project will be the catalyst for a downtown grocery store.

I noticed this morning that a tower crane base has been put in place. We’ll be seeing another tower crane on the skyline soon!

The tower crane is going up today for The Easley Apartments. This makes tower crane #2 on the downtown skyline!

I'll have to take a drive to check all the new projects, I think 2021 will be a HUGE year in Winston-Salem development.

Went for a drive yesterday, saw both of the cranes. Really looks like a booming city when you see cranes.

Thank you for the photograph and updates! The crane is also reflected in the windows on the cars. If baseball returns this Spring, it (tower crane) should be visible above the outfield wall. I'm guessing it's visible from the Green Street Pedestrian Bridge?

Thank you, again, for the photographs. This crane is visible from every where!
