Is the sidewalk width, on the Fourth Street side, wide enough for sidewalk dining, like the other parts of Fourth Street? It appears to be, but I'm not sure? I'm guessing that is required by the City? I would like to see Incendiary with outside tables along the sidewalk. I'm guessing they have that entire stretch of Fourth Street for tables, since they are the only storefront? The exercise room could also create the appearance of activity (if it's used) while people are walking past the building. I do wish the apartment leasing office and the brewery space could change locations. Actually, I wish they had two retail spaces instead of just one.

The building fills up the space very well, although I still would have preferred at least an 8/10 story structure on that prominent site. I just wished that they had replicated Link IQ’s plan with 3 storefronts. I have no doubt that the Fourth Street spaces would have leased just as well as Link IQ’s did. A lost opportunity for such a well located property in the CBD. It would have better continued the storefronts from the 400 block and strengthen the connection to the storefronts in the Bolich Bldg. I would hope that whatever redevelopment HAWS does to the Loewey Bldg will have those street side office space converted to retail.
