I am not a real fan of murals either, unless they look appropriate for the spot or are some type of trompe l'oeil effect. They usually come off as looking like last resort types of art to me, and look small town. I'd rather see three dimensional art in public spaces.

The City is searching for artists to create artwork for bus shelters across the city. This is an eye catching way to up the arts visibility in our community. Details on the website below. Pass along to any interested parties you may know. :paint:

I've always thought it would be cool to purchase one of these restored red English phone kiosks and put it somewhere in the city core. It would definitely be an "instagramable" hit (I think)! I've thought about suggesting it to the arts council and then start a gofundme project to cover the costs. I'm just curious what you all think? Here's the link to the British company that does the restorations and they do ship worldwide: https://www.unicornrestorations.com/kiosks

Probably a good idea except it’s done everywhere now isn’t it?

You're probably right that it's fairly common, but I was thinking perhaps let UNCSA dream up decorations, but they would have to keep the red box intact (i.e. no painting or anything that would damage the box itself).
