Two new places have signed leases here in the last couple of months. I have a subscription to the TBJ, it won't allow me to share mine though. - https://www.bizjournals.com/triad/news/ ... salem.html

When I had as subscription to TBJ since cancelled, I would usually just cut and paste the pertinent details of the article for everyones benefit since linking the article does a non-subscriber no good. I always attributed them as the source of the information of course.

Besides the rock climbing outfit, who's the other announced tenant?

It hasn't been announced, the owner of one of the tenants declined to say what the other tenant was.

Sharp Chiropractic is the other tenant. I guess saying it's a medical office doesn't build the same level of excitement as leaving you guessing a mystery tenant would? It's great to have a mix of tenants and this is a tenant that could bring customers to the other more exciting tenants.
